Building a business intelligence tool for the biggest Brazil's insurance company.
The Brasil insurance was born from the joining of large Brazilian insurers who, after that, acquiring others through the country and quickly became the largest insurance company in the country, dealing with all types of insurance.
There was a lot to do and be prfioritize so, one of the biggest challenges was dealing with stakeholders expectations and define what to deliver first. Then, we decided to start from Car Insurance, the main company business (start small and scale!), setting up research methods in order to understand the business, practices, and rules of this field. The methodologies were chosen according to the user profile:
Insurance Agent and Back-offices: Interview and shadowing
Managers: Focus group and questionnaire.
After that, we create user journeys and flows to validade all business process and rules create prototypes to test hypotheses, test and delivered the product incrementally.
