Challenge

Deliver for the Liferay clients an out-of-the-box application able to better serve the audience from data-driven insights across digital touchpoints. 

As a new product launched by Liferay, so the main challenge was to create and validate the minimal viable product that would meet the business and user needs, working in a distributed team in three different countries.

Solution

The Liferay Analytics Cloud’s proposal is to give digital experience professionals the insight and tools to turn visitors into customers by connecting all experiences and systems for a single view, in order to enhance digital experiences through insights derived from customer and web analytics with actionable data.

Form Analytics 

Form analytics help businesses learn what online experiences and interactions are preventing conversions. 

  1. Forms reports detail the number of views

  2. Form Submissions

  3. Failed submissions

  4. abandonment and completion time

  5. user information and device usage.

Traffic Path Analytics 

Provide interconnected metrics in detail that drive to actions in order to create insights regarding customer journeys. 

  1. Display traffic types and visualize a path for easy source identification.

  2. Filter paths by segment, location, device types, time, and browser.

  3. Display the number of assets and all assets by each touchpoint.

  4. Filter interactions by each asset under the key touchpoint.
